Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Plain English terms for using FrameFlow. We keep it simple.
What FrameFlow is
FrameFlow is a YouTube production tracker that helps creators organize their video workflow from idea to publish. By using FrameFlow you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use FrameFlow.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One person per account — you may not share your account with others. Team plan users can invite team members through the app.
- You may not use FrameFlow for any illegal purpose.
Your content
You own everything you create in FrameFlow. Your scripts, video ideas, notes, and production data are yours. FrameFlow claims no rights over your creative work — we simply provide the tools to help you produce it.
AI-generated content
FrameFlow's AI features (Editorial Assistant and Concept Lab) generate suggestions based on your content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated suggestions before using them. FrameFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or quality of AI-generated output.
Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day refund on any charge — email support@goframeflow.com.
- Annual plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. When you cancel:
- Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
- After your billing period ends, your account moves to the free plan.
- Your data is retained while your account is active. If you reactivate, everything will be exactly as you left it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FrameFlow to store or distribute illegal content.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Reverse engineer or copy the FrameFlow application.
- Use automated scripts to abuse the AI features.
Limitation of liability
FrameFlow is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. To the extent permitted by law, FrameFlow's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed deadlines, or indirect damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of FrameFlow after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
