To provide our service, we collect the following:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and profile information (via Google OAuth or email/password).
• YouTube Integration Data: To sync your metadata, we request access to your YouTube channel ID, channel name, and video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) through the YouTube API.
• Content: The scripts, notes, checklists, and documents you create or upload within the app.
• Technical Data: Log data (IP addresses, device information) through our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) to ensure service stability.

FrameFlow uses YouTube API Services to sync your production metadata directly to YouTube Studio. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

• Limited Access: We only access the YouTube data necessary to perform the specific tasks you request (such as pushing title/description updates).
• Data Usage: We do not sell your YouTube data, nor do we use it for advertising purposes.

• Use: We use your data strictly to power your workflow tracker, manage your subscription, and provide customer support.
• Storage: Data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Supabase Storage. Payment information is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Protection: We follow industry-standard practices to secure your data, including encryption at rest and in transit.

• Google/YouTube: For authentication and API functionality.
• Supabase: For database management and secure file storage.
• Lemon Squeezy: For subscription billing and payment processing.
• Vercel: For hosting and application deployment.

You maintain ownership of all data you input into FrameFlow.

• Access & Export: You can export your data or view it within the app at any time.
• Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time, which will trigger the permanent removal of your data from our systems. Contact us at support@goframeflow.com to initiate this.

FrameFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
